TickerVoice is a market analytics and report workflow operated by AI Adaptation. The service helps users turn text or voice requests into scanner patterns, ticker cards, reports and subscription-based analytics. AI Adaptation also operates automation, AI-assistant and knowledge-workflow services through aiadaptation.team.

2. Information We Collect
- Account and contact data, including email address, authentication provider data, subscription status, support messages and operator notes.
- TickerVoice request data, including typed prompts, voice-command transcriptions, saved scanner patterns, watchlists, report preferences and generated report history.
- Usage and device data, including pages visited, request timing, approximate region, browser type, session identifiers, security logs and diagnostic events.
- Payment metadata, including plan, payment status, transaction identifiers, invoice or receipt references and subscription period. We do not store full card numbers.
- AI and market workflow data, including prompts, model outputs, semantic-kernel matches, ticker-card selections and quality signals used to operate and improve the service.
Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, identity or confidential business information in free-form market prompts unless it is necessary for support and you understand that the request may be processed by third-party infrastructure.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, maintain authenticated sessions, process user requests, generate ticker scans and reports, save patterns, send email previews or recurring reports, manage subscriptions, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve scanner quality and comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
TickerVoice may use aggregated or de-identified product signals to improve parsing, semantic matching, report layout, source fallback and data-quality checks. We do not sell personal data.
4. Service Providers
We rely on third-party processors and infrastructure providers to operate the services, including:
- Vercel for application hosting, deployment, logging and runtime infrastructure.
- Supabase for database, authentication, storage and administrative operations.
- Google Workspace and Gmail for business email, report delivery and support communication.
- OpenAI or other AI providers for transcription, parsing, ranking and generated analytical explanations.
- Allpay or other payment providers for checkout, payment authorization and payment status updates.
- Market data, finance-data, search, security and analytics providers used to confirm ticker facts, detect abuse and operate the product.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We use them only for operational purposes connected to hosting, authentication, AI processing, payment, email, diagnostics, support and security.
5. Cookies And Local Storage
We use cookies, session tokens and browser storage to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect routes, reduce fraud, connect report previews to accounts and measure basic product reliability. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Retention
We keep account, subscription, report and payment metadata for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain audit records and meet accounting or legal requirements. Scanner requests and saved patterns may remain until you delete them, close the account or request deletion where applicable.
7. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You can also opt out of non-essential report emails by changing account settings or contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security And Children
We use practical administrative, technical and access-control measures to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. TickerVoice and AI Adaptation services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, legal requirements or business structure change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new updated date.
