These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tickervoice.app, TickerVoice reports and related AI Adaptation services connected to aiadaptation.team.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.
TickerVoice provides text and voice market-query parsing, scanner-style pattern creation, ticker-card generation, saved pattern workflows, report previews, recurring email reports, PRO analytics and related account controls. AI Adaptation may also provide AI automation, internal assistant, knowledge-base and consulting services.
Features can change as the product evolves. Some functions depend on third-party providers, live market-data availability, AI models, email systems, payment providers and hosting infrastructure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration email, the security of your account and all activity under your session. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, non-payment, misuse, unlawful conduct or material violation of these Terms.
Paid TickerVoice plans and one-time products are billed through Allpay or another payment processor shown at checkout. Subscription access is tied to the active billing period, plan, payment status and limits shown on the pricing or account screens. Unless a plan or checkout screen says otherwise, monthly access ends when the paid period expires, is cancelled, fails payment or is otherwise marked inactive.
Refunds are handled case by case. We may refuse refunds for delivered digital reports, consumed one-time products, abuse or completed service work, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a written agreement says otherwise.
AI-generated parsing, ranking, explanations, pattern labels and report language may be wrong, incomplete or based on misunderstood context. The service may use fallback sources, double-confirmation checks and freshness controls, but these controls do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any purpose.
The TickerVoice interface, report structure, scanner workflows, proprietary bonus logic, names, code, layouts, text and service design belong to AI Adaptation or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own submitted prompts and account content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the services.
We aim to keep the services reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, market-data limits, security events, deployment issues or force majeure events may interrupt service.
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Adaptation disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, accuracy and trading outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Adaptation will not be liable for lost profits, trading losses, lost data, business interruption, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages or decisions made from informational analytics.
If you buy AI Adaptation consulting, automation, integration or enterprise work under a separate order form, invoice, statement of work or written agreement, that document controls where it conflicts with these general website Terms. Mandatory consumer protection laws may still apply. Any governing law, formal contracting entity or venue stated in a written agreement, invoice or order form controls for that transaction.
